A delicate touch of roasted garlic with pork and a delicious creamy soup are waiting for you to try. Spring onions, kikurage mushrooms, sesame seeds and ginger round off this special ramen soup.

The origin of this recipe is in the city of Fukuoka, more precisely in the district of Hakata. The Shoryu restaurant has made it its business to spread this unique taste beyond the borders of Japan. With our joint creation, you can now also enjoy this tasty speciality.
